In occupied Starobilsk, reports of fatalities and people trapped under the rubble are coming in following the strike
In the temporarily occupied Luhansk region, following an attack on a building in Starobilsk, Russian officials reported four deaths and dozens of injuries.
This was reported by Russian officials.
Maria Lvova-Belova, the Russian Federation’s Presidential Commissioner for Children’s Rights, stated that up to 18 people may remain trapped under the rubble. According to her, the number of injured, which the Russian side claims includes children, has risen to 39. Nine have been taken to hospitals, and three are in critical condition.
Russian Human Rights Commissioner Yana Lantratova reported four fatalities.
There is currently no independent confirmation of the Russian side’s statements regarding the nature of the facility, the number of casualties, or the circumstances of the strike. It cannot be ruled out that the targeted facility may not have been used for its stated purpose, and Russian propaganda may be using reports of children to provide a cover story for its own version of events. Occupiers may actually have been stationed there.
As a reminder, Russia attacked a substation in the Kramatorsk district with an FPV drone.
In the Zolochiv community of the Kharkiv region, a Russian drone attacked the Hryhorii Skovoroda National Literary and Memorial Museum.
