Video: Khartiya is building a multi-layered line of defense near Kharkiv
The "Charter" Brigade, together with other units of the Ukrainian Defense Forces, is establishing a multi-layered defense system in the Kharkiv sector.

Ukrainian troops are setting up extensive lines of trenches and foxholes, building anti-tank ditches, dugouts, and other fortifications.
“This involves creating extensive systems of trenches and foxholes, setting up anti-tank ditches and a network of non-explosive obstacles, and constructing bunkers and other fortification elements,” the unit stated.
The “Charter” unit noted that in the summer of 2024, together with other units of the Defense Forces, they halted the occupiers’ offensive in the Kharkiv region.
“From the liberation of the forest areas north of Kharkiv in 2024–2025 to the Kupiansk counteroffensive in 2025–2026, ‘Charter’ demonstrates a new quality of the Ukrainian military,” the military emphasized.
The unit also emphasized that the Ukrainian army remains technologically advanced and focused on preserving the lives of its soldiers.
The Ministry of Defensehas added ground-based robotic systems to the DOT-Chain Defense weapons marketplace.
The Ministry of Defense has certifiedseven schools for training RRC operators.
