Video: Russia struck the suburbs of Kharkiv, killing three people
On the evening of August 23, Russian troops attacked the suburbs of Kharkiv, killing at least three people. Eight more people, including some who were wounded, were evacuated by rescue workers, and all those affected are receiving medical care.
According to Sinyegubov, preliminary reports indicate that three people were killed as a result of the attack.
Units of the State Emergency Service rescued and evacuated eight people from the scene, some of whom were injured—they were hospitalized to receive the necessary medical care. Rescue workers and medical personnel also searched the area to identify any other possible victims.
Earlier, the Russian terrorist army attacked the city of Izyum. This was reported by Oleg Sinehubov, head of the Kharkiv Regional State Administration.
“Five people, including a nine-year-old boy, were injured as a result of the enemy attack on the city of Izyum. All are receiving medical care,” the statement said.

The Ukrainian Armed Forces carried out localized counterattacks and advanced on several sections of the front. According to the Institute for the Study of War, Ukrainian forces halted the Russian advance in the Kozacha Lopana area and also achieved successes near Kostiantynivka and in the Zaporizhzhia region.
