Video: A Russian woman found a piece of a Ukrainian drone on the shore and couldn't read the inscription
On the coast of the Caspian Sea in Dagestan, a local woman found the wing of a Ukrainian drone that had washed ashore. The woman tried to read the warning label in Ukrainian, but ultimately came up with her own humorous interpretation of it.
The video was likely filmed near the village of Kindyk in Dagestan.
The drone wing she found bore the inscription: “Do not touch. Moving part.”
A local woman examined the debris closely and tried to understand the meaning of the Ukrainian words, which were unfamiliar to her.
After several attempts to read the inscription, the woman came to her own conclusion:
“It probably says ‘don’t touch it with your hands,’” she concluded in the video.
Thus, the Russian woman actually correctly guessed the main warning—it’s better not to touch the found debris with your hands, even though she didn’t understand the exact meaning of the inscription.

Over the past 24 hours, units of the Ukrainian Armed Forces’ Unmanned Systems Group struck or destroyed 1,876 enemy targets. Among them were personnel, drone launch sites, reconnaissance and electronic warfare assets, vehicles, artillery, unmanned aerial vehicles, and naval assets.
The pace of Russian troop advances increased slightly in August 2026, but the occupying army was unable to execute tactical maneuvers or break through Ukrainian defenses. Russian territorial gains remain slow and limited.
