On August 27, a Russian drone struck a public bus in Kherson. Three people were injured in the attack.

 

According to Yaroslav Shanko, head of the Kherson City Military Administration, at around 10:25 a.m., a Russian operator of an enemy drone directed an explosive device at a public bus in the city center.

A 59-year-old man and a 60-year-old woman sustained blast injuries. The 55-year-old bus driver suffered a concussion, blast injuries, and a closed head injury. The victims are currently receiving the necessary medical care and undergoing further examinations.

“The enemy attacked civilian vehicles in broad daylight while people were simply going about their business. This is yet another cynical crime committed by the Russians against the peaceful residents of Kherson,” Shanko said.

In Kharkiv, a Russian drone struck the balcony of a high-rise building.

In addition, on the night of and morning of August 27, Russian troops attacked Odesa, damaging infrastructure, an educational institution, and a high-rise building. According to preliminary reports, there were no fatalities or injuries; experts are assessing the full extent of the attack’s damage.
