This was reported by Maksym Tymoshenko, a professor at the National Academy of Culture and Arts Management.
According to the professor, during an inspection of the historic building’s roof, experts discovered the point where a piece of debris struck. In addition, the blast wave caused significant damage to the building’s windows—a total of 32 windows were damaged throughout the conservatory.
Currently, the full extent of the damage is being assessed, and preparations are underway for urgent emergency repair work to protect the unique concert hall and classrooms from the elements.
