The Kremlin announced strikes on decision-making centers and urged foreigners to leave Kyiv
The Russian Foreign Ministry announced its intention to launch “systemic strikes” against Kyiv, claiming that the targets would allegedly be facilities involved in the development, production, and deployment of Ukrainian drones.
The Russian Foreign Ministry also stated that the strikes could allegedly be directed at “decision-making centers” and command posts.
In addition, Moscow advised foreign citizens to leave Kyiv as soon as possible and urged residents of the capital to “stay away from military and administrative infrastructure.”
These statements came amid another wave of massive Russian attacks on Ukrainian cities, resulting in numerous civilian casualties.
