Three people were killed as a result of a Russian missile strike on Kryvyi Rih on June 23. The number of wounded has risen to 19, according to local sources and emergency services.
Oleksandr Hanzha, head of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional State Administration, wrote about this on Telegram, according to Ukrinform.
“One person was killed in the enemy attack on Kryvyi Rih. Three people were injured. They are receiving the necessary medical care,” Ganza said.
Earlier, the head of the Regional State Administration reported that the rocket strike had hit industrial infrastructure in the city.
“The enemy launched a missile strike on Kryvyi Rih. Industrial infrastructure has been damaged,” Ganza wrote.
Later, Oleksandr Vilkul, chairman of the Kryvyi Rih Defense Council, reported three fatalities and more than 10 wounded as a result of the Russian missile strike.
“A civilian infrastructure facility was hit. Unfortunately, three people were killed. More than ten people were injured. Some are in critical condition; all have already been taken to hospitals and are currently undergoing surgery,” Vilkul noted.
According to him, emergency services are working at the site of the strike, and cleanup efforts are underway.
Later, the head of the Kryvyi Rih Defense Council reported that the number of casualties had risen to 19.
Over the past 24 hours, the Russian army carried out nearly 50 strikes on 23 settlements in 13 territorial communities in the Sumy region, resulting in nine civilians being wounded.
