The enemy attacked the Donetsk region; one person was killed and eight others were wounded
In the Donetsk region, one person was killed and eight others were wounded as a result of Russian shelling over the past day. Several cities and communities in the region came under attack, with new damage to residential infrastructure reported. Local authorities report a rising number of civilian casualties.
Russian troops continue their daily shelling of Donetsk Oblast, and the past 24 hours have once again resulted in civilian casualties: a resident of Semenivka was killed, and eight others were wounded in attacks on various settlements across the region. Both large cities and smaller communities came under fire, with explosions destroying residential buildings and infrastructure, forcing people to count their losses once again.
According to the head of the Donetsk Regional Military Administration, five people were wounded in Druzhkivka, and one person was injured each in Mykolaivka, Sloviansk, and Kramatorsk, indicating an expansion of the area affected and a constant threat to civilians. It is also noted that since the start of the full-scale invasion, the Russian army has killed at least 4,138 residents of the region and wounded 9,724 people, and these figures do not include casualties in Mariupol and Volnovakha, where the full extent of the losses remains unknown. This was reported by Vadym Filashkin, head of the Donetsk Regional Military Administration, on Telegram.
In the Kherson region, 13 people were wounded as a result of Russian shelling over the past day, and more than 40 settlements in the region came under attack.
In the Sumy region, ten people were injured as a result of a massive attack by Russian drones; among them is a woman who was seriously injured and suffered severe burns.
In the Dnipropetrovsk region, a 56-year-old woman was killed as a result of Russian shelling, and two other people, including a 13-year-old girl, were injured. Enemy strikes hit several districts of the region simultaneously, causing damage to residential buildings and infrastructure.
Russian troops carried out 924 strikes on the Zaporizhzhia region over the past 24 hours. Forty-two settlements came under fire. According to the regional military administration, one person was killed and 29 others were wounded, including three children.
