Over the past 24 hours, 2 people were killed and 36 were wounded in the Zaporizhzhia region as a result of attacks by the Russian Federation

As a result of massive attacks by Russian occupation forces on Zaporizhzhia and the Zaporizhzhia district over the past day, two civilians were killed and another 36 residents were wounded.

In total, 48 settlements in the region came under fire from the occupying forces.

Russian troops used a wide range of weapons, causing significant damage to both civilian infrastructure and private property.

“We have received 259 reports of damage to homes, cars, and infrastructure,” Ivan Fedorov noted in his morning briefing.

Relevant services are already on the ground, assessing the extent of the damage and providing assistance to those affected.

The occupiers carried out 22 airstrikes on a number of settlements, including Zaporizhzhia, Malokaterynivka, Komyshuvakha, Rozumivka, Lyubytske, Rizdvyanka, and others.

The airstrikes were accompanied by the intensive use of unmanned aerial vehicles.

Occupation forces launched 597 drones of various types, primarily FPV models. They attacked Zaporizhzhia, Vilniansk, Kushuhum, and other local communities, posing an additional threat to the civilian population.

In addition, the enemy carried out 225 artillery strikes on Malokaterynivka, Richne, Novoyakovlivka, Stepnogorsk, Primorske, and many other villages in the region.

The intensity of the artillery fire covered a large area, including Orikhiv, Huliaipilske, and Vozdvyzhivka.

This was reported by Ivan Fedorov, head of the Zaporizhzhia Regional Military Administration.

Russia attacked Ukraine with 151 drones and a missile; air defense forces neutralized over 130 targets

On the night of July 1, Russian troops carried out a massive attack with strike drones on the Dnipropetrovsk region.

As a reminder, on the evening of June 30, Russian forces attacked an electric locomotive in the Dnipropetrovsk region with a drone. There were no casualties, as the locomotive crew was warned of the danger in time, and the workers managed to take cover.

Ukrainian drones struck eight of the ten largest Russian oil refineries by processing volume, with some facilities being hit multiple times.
