Zelenskyy called on the world to respond to Russia's drone attacks on civilians in Kherson
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy called on the international community to increase pressure on Russia and ensure security in response to targeted attacks by Russian drones against the civilian population in Kherson. The statement was prompted by a video released by the Russians on August 4, showing a drone attacking a man selling vegetables on the street.
The head of state emphasized that such attacks have become a daily practice for the occupiers, who take pride in the crimes they have committed. To stop the aggression, Volodymyr Zelenskyy noted the need for active cooperation among the Baltic states, Poland, Finland, Kazakhstan, Romania, Moldova, and the South Caucasus states.

Russian occupation forces carried out yet another attack on the civilian population of Kherson. A video has surfaced online showing an FPV drone chasing an unarmed man in the Tavriyskyi neighborhood of the city.
In Kharkiv, a Russian military strike drone hit a gas station in the city’s Shevchenkivskyi district. The attack caused an emergency at the site of the strike.
