Crimean residents are being forced to register for military service in order to receive compensation for power outages

Residents of occupied Crimea report that, in order to receive a one-time compensation payment of 15,000 rubles for disruptions in electricity and water supply, they are being required to register for military service.

This concerns residents of the Dzhankoy District in the north of the peninsula. According to local residents, when applying for the payments, men are forced to have a corresponding stamp placed in their passports at the military registration office. Similar cases, according to user reports, have allegedly been documented in other districts of Crimea as well.

At the same time, under Russian regulations, to receive compensation, it is formally sufficient to confirm residence at a specific address. Local residents are demanding that the occupying authorities explain the legality of these additional requirements.

This is reported by Russian propaganda media.

In Crimea, the occupiers are unable to establish schedules for electricity supply and gasoline sales.

Russian troops have intensified offensive operations in the direction of Hryshyne, where they are conducting assaults involving infantry and motorcycles. According to DeepState, the occupiers are also attempting to infiltrate the areas around Vasylivka and Novooleksandrivka.

Citizens of African countries who signed contracts with the Russian Armed Forces and were taken prisoner by Ukraine say they do not want to return home. Instead, they are asking to be exchanged and returned to Russia.
