Video: Ukrainian Armed Forces repel attack near Kupiansk-Vuzlovyi and take prisoners
Ukraine’s Defense Forces successfully stopped an enemy attempt to break through defenses in the Kupiansk-Vuzlovyi direction. As a result of the operation, Ukrainian troops took prisoners, evacuated a civilian, and obtained important intelligence data.
This was reported by the 151st Separate Reconnaissance Battalion of the Joint Forces Group.
The unit noted that during the enemy attack, the reconnaissance battalion delivered an organized response.
“During the enemy’s attempt to break through the defenses in the Kupiansk-Vuzlovyi direction, the reconnaissance battalion delivered an organized response,” the military said.
According to them, information obtained during the battle made it possible to destroy a significant group of occupiers.
“Systematic interaction between Joint Forces units deprives the enemy of initiative, resources, and opportunities for an offensive,” the Armed Forces of Ukraine emphasized.
As a reminder, Russian claims about the capture of Kupiansk-Vuzlovyi do not correspond to reality.
Also, fighters of the “Khartiia” unit are clearing Kupiansk of remaining occupation forces.
