Ukraine reports over 1,600 Russian troop losses in 24 hours

Since the start of Russia’s full-scale invasion, Ukraine’s Defense Forces have reported approximately 1,285,700 Russian troop losses, according to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

Total Russian combat losses are estimated as follows:

Personnel: approximately 1,285,700 (+1,610)
Tanks: 11,789 (+3)
Armored combat vehicles: 24,254 (+21)
Artillery systems: 38,569 (+31)
Multiple launch rocket systems (MLRS): 1,691 (+0)
Air defense systems: 1,333 (+0)
Aircraft: 435 (+0)
Helicopters: 349 (+0)
Operational-tactical UAVs: 187,204 (+1,480)
Cruise missiles: 4,468 (+0)
Warships and boats: 33 (+0)
Submarines: 2 (+0)
Vehicles and fuel tankers: 84,374 (+245)
Special equipment: 4,096 (+4)

These figures indicate a continued reduction in Russia’s combat capability and effective resistance by Ukrainian forces across the front line.

Over the past 24 hours, Ukrainian troops repelled 187 attacks, with the heaviest fighting reported in the Pokrovsk and Kostiantynivka areas. Russian forces used aviation, drones, artillery, and assault operations but suffered significant losses and were pushed back.

On March 19, Ukrainian Defense Forces reported 201 clashes with Russian forces along the front line. The most intense fighting was observed in the Pokrovsk and Kostiantynivka areas.
