Ukrainian Defense Forces continue systematic strikes on Russian military capabilities
The Ukrainian Defense Forces continue systematic operations to reduce the combat capabilities of the aggressor state, striking Russian military facilities and logistics on temporarily occupied territories.
On February 23, in the territory of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, a concentration area of the missile division of the 15th Separate Coastal Missile Brigade of the Russian Black Sea Fleet was hit. The unit is armed with Bastion coastal missile systems. Hits on the targets were confirmed; enemy losses are being clarified.

Additionally, near the settlement of Nyzhnia Krynyka in the temporarily occupied Donetsk region, Ukrainian forces struck an ammunition depot of the “South” Russian military group. Another logistics and supply depot of the occupiers was destroyed near Velyka Novosilka in Donetsk.
In the area of Pokrovka, in the temporarily occupied part of Mykolaiv region, a drone command post of the enemy’s airborne assault regiment was also hit.
Enemy losses and the full scale of the damage are currently being clarified. Ukrainian forces continue to destroy occupiers’ infrastructure, reducing their ability to conduct offensive operations.
The Institute for the Study of War (ISW) has refuted the loud claims of the Russian General Staff regarding captured territories.
According to the Ukrainian General Staff, over 1,000 enemy personnel were neutralized in a single day. Information about a supposed “encirclement” of Ukrainian forces in Rodynske is false, according to the Operational Command “East”.
Since the start of the day, 51 clashes have already occurred on the front.
