Prospective students were reminded of the prohibitions and the cancellation of results during the National Multidisciplinary Test
The number of violations during the administration of the national multi-subject test has decreased significantly thanks to the implementation of preventive measures.
According to Tetyana Vakulenko, director of the Ukrainian Center for Educational Quality Assessment, in an interview with Ukrinform, the results of 31 participants were invalidated in 2025, compared to 40 such cases in 2024 and 90 in 2023. This positive trend was made possible by the use of metal detectors, special software to block internet access, and video surveillance in exam rooms.
Participants are strictly prohibited from carrying mobile phones, headphones, any communication devices, as well as printed or handwritten materials. These requirements remain in effect throughout the entire testing period, including while in a shelter during an air raid alert. Instructors conduct constant visual monitoring to ensure compliance with the testing procedures.
If a violation is detected, the applicant’s test result will be invalidated, and they will be barred from participating in the additional session this year. Such a person will only be able to retake the test next year. The head of the UCEA emphasized that these strict measures have been implemented to prevent the premature dissemination of test content and to ensure equal conditions for all applicants.
