In Israel, in the West Bank near Neve Tzuf, a man in his 30s was wounded in a suspected shooting attack. His condition was initially assessed as critical, but after cardiopulmonary resuscitation, medics managed to restore his pulse, and the victim's condition was updated to serious. According to the Jerusalem Post, the man was flown by helicopter to the Rabin Medical Center, Beilinson Campus, in Petah Tikva.

Condition of the wounded man

Magen David Adom paramedic David Trachtenberg said that medics found an unconscious man in a vehicle with several gunshot wounds. He was given emergency care, and blood components were administered during evacuation to the hospital in an attempt to stabilize his condition.

Search for the attacker

According to preliminary information, the attacker opened fire on Israelis who were bathing in a nearby spring. He was reportedly in a red Mitsubishi SUV with Palestinian Authority license plates, after which he left the vehicle and fled on foot with a weapon.

The Israel Defense Forces launched a search operation. Checkpoints were set up in the area, and Highway 465 was closed in both directions. Troops from the Binyamin Regional Brigade, the Duvdevan counterterrorism unit, Israeli police, and other forces were involved in the search. A cordon was established around the neighboring village of Deir Nidham; searches are also being conducted using drones and other air force assets.
