Former England national team captain David Beckham showed off the harvest he grew himself at his family estate in the Cotswolds. Among the vegetables and fruits he harvested were plums, garlic, onions, and an unusually shaped pumpkin.
Beckham, 51, has recently become seriously interested in gardening and decided to showcase the results of his work.
The long pumpkin caught Victoria Beckham’s attention the most. The soccer player’s wife admitted that the vegetable looks quite unusual.
After that, David showed his wife and followers the garlic he had grown.
“I don’t mean to joke, but this garlic has exceeded all expectations,” Beckham joked.
“That’s impressive. I’m so happy for you,” Victoria replied.
The couple accompanied the video with humorous comments and emojis.
In this way, David Beckham demonstrated that, following the end of his professional soccer career, his interests aren’t limited to sports—the former England national team captain enjoys tending to his own garden and growing fruits and vegetables.
