Russian national with Estonian residence permit denied evacuation flight from Oman to Tallinn
A Russian citizen holding a permanent residence permit in Estonia was denied a seat on an evacuation flight from Muscat, Oman, to Tallinn intended for Estonian citizens. In one family, only the husband, an Estonian citizen, was allowed on board, while his wife, despite legally residing permanently in Estonia, was refused boarding.
