An unauthorized party at a military training ground in France is now in its fourth day — BFMTV
A large-scale illegal party has been going on for the fourth day in a row in central France, taking place on a military training ground near the city of Bourges.

As of the morning of May 4, about 8,000 participants and approximately 800 cars remained at the site. Despite the rainy weather, music was still playing, although some people had begun to leave.
At the peak of the event on Saturday, the number of participants was estimated at 20,000 according to authorities and up to 40,000 according to organizers.
Law enforcement set up about two dozen checkpoints at the exits from the rally site and on nearby roads. Participants are being checked, their identities verified, and fines issued.
According to the gendarmerie, more than 19,600 people have already been checked. About 600 law enforcement officers are maintaining order in the area.
