Kazakhstan has announced that it will supply gasoline to Russia

Russia has not yet officially requested gasoline supplies from Kazakhstan. At the same time, Kazakhstan’s Ministry of Energy stated that if such a request is received, it is ready to consider it.

 

This was announced by Kazakhstan’s Minister of Energy, Yerlan Akkenzhenov. He emphasized that they have not yet received any official requests from the Russian side. During a conversation with journalists, the head of the Ministry of Energy was asked whether Russia had requested fuel supplies. “We have not received any official requests from the Russian Federation,” Yerlan Akkenzhenov replied.

At the same time, the minister noted that Kazakhstan does not rule out such a possibility in the future. According to him, if the Russian side sends an official request, the country’s authorities are ready to consider it. “If such a request is received, we are ready to consider it,” Akkenzhenov explained.

At present, no decisions have been made regarding possible gasoline supplies to Russia, as no official request has been received from Moscow. Therefore, the issue remains only a potential possibility, as stated by the Ministry of Energy of Kazakhstan. This was reported by NUR.KZ.

As a reminder, the fuel crisis in Russia is intensifying: gasoline is running out at gas stations and lines are growing longer.

Russia has allowed the use of lower-quality gasoline due to the fuel crisis.
