Houthis claim strikes on Riyadh and Yanbu — NDTV
Yemen's Houthis said they conducted two military operations in Saudi Arabia: against sensitive sites in the capital, Riyadh, and Aramco oil facilities in Yanbu. The statement came after a fire near Riyadh airport, NDTV World reports.
Statement by the Houthi spokesperson
Houthi military spokesperson Yahya Saree called the operations successful. He said that a large number of ballistic and cruise missiles, as well as drones, were used in them.
In his statement, Saree said the operations were carried out by the Yemeni Armed Forces. According to the spokesperson, these actions were a response to what he described as Saudi Arabia's criminal attempts to attack Yemen's capital, Sanaa.
