The Binance cryptocurrency exchange will stop supporting the hryvnia as of September 28
The cryptocurrency exchange Binance announced that, starting September 28, it will suspend deposits and withdrawals in hryvnia via the Fiat Trade UAH service. On the same day, the platform will remove the USDT/UAH spot trading pair.
It is noted that deposits and withdrawals in hryvnia via Fiat Trade UAH will no longer be supported after 10:00 a.m. Kyiv time on Monday, September 28. At the same time, the USDT/UAH trading pair will be delisted.
Binance noted that all open orders on the USDT/UAH spot trading pair will be automatically canceled after trading ceases. Users are advised to decide how to use their hryvnia balances and open orders by the deadlines specified in the announcement.
It is also reported that all eligible balances in hryvnia will be automatically converted to USDT by 7:00 PM Kyiv time on Wednesday, September 30, at a fixed exchange rate of 1 USDT to 46.5 UAH. No additional action is required.
