Monitoring mechanisms

The program provides for digital verification, payment and accountability mechanisms, as well as safe referrals for aid recipients. As the publication notes, the project is part of Saudi Arabia's efforts through KSrelief to support the Palestinian people, assist orphans, and alleviate their situation.
