Cuba Denounces ‘Criminal’ US Attack on Venezuela
Cuba has issued a statement condemning recent developments surrounding Venezuela, describing them as an act of “state terrorism” against the Venezuelan people. The government said the region’s “zone of peace” is being “brutally assaulted” and expressed concern over wider regional stability.
The statement called on the international community to respond to what Cuba characterised as a “criminal” attack and urged governments to take a position on the security and humanitarian implications of the situation.
