Poland has responded to Russia's latest attack on Kyiv

Poland condemned yet another Russian attack on Kyiv, calling it a brutal act of violence against civilians. The Polish Ministry of Foreign Affairs also expressed concern over the damage to the Lithuanian Embassy in the Ukrainian capital and declared its solidarity with Ukraine and Lithuania.

 

The Polish Ministry of Foreign Affairs responded to the Russian strike on Kyiv, which occurred during yet another Russian attack on Ukraine. The Polish ministry stated that Russia had once again targeted the civilian population. They emphasized that such attacks can never be justified. “Deliberate terror against innocent people can never be justified,” reads the statement from the Polish Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Warsaw also drew attention to the damage to the Lithuanian Embassy in Kyiv. The diplomatic mission was damaged as a result of the Russian attack. “We are also concerned by reports that the Lithuanian Embassy in Kyiv has sustained damage. We stand in solidarity with Ukraine and Lithuania,” the Polish Foreign Ministry stated. Thus, Poland expressed its support for Ukraine and Lithuania following yet another Russian strike on the capital. The ministry’s statement is cited in X.

On the night of August 1, drones attacked several temporarily occupied cities in Ukraine. According to reports from monitoring Telegram channels, fires broke out following strikes in Zuhres, Berdyansk, Luhansk, Dolzhansk, and Sevastopol.

As a reminder, the Russian online marketplace Ozon evacuated employees from its logistics center in Zelenodolsk (Tatarstan) due to the threat of an attack by Ukrainian drones. After the alert ended, the warehouse resumed normal operations.

On the morning of July 31, drones attacked a warehouse complex in Zelenodolsk (Tatarstan, Russian Federation), where the logistics facilities of the Ozon and Wildberries marketplaces are located. Following this, a number of Ukrainian sources reported that strikes on Ozon warehouses might continue.
