Actress Nadia Fares has died after falling into a coma
French actress Nadia Fares has died after spending several days in a coma following an incident in a swimming pool.

The actress was found unconscious on April 11 at a fitness club in Paris. She was taken to the hospital and placed in a medically induced coma, but she died of cardiac arrest on April 17. She was 57 years old.
The actress’s daughters announced her death. “France has lost a great artist, but for us, this is first and foremost the loss of a mother,” the statement reads.
According to the investigation, Fares was found at the bottom of the pool. Another visitor attempted to resuscitate her before medical personnel arrived.
Nadia Fares gained international fame after her role in the film Red Rivers and also starred in the series Marseille.
A new stadium in Bucharest will be named in honor of Mircea Lucescu.
On April 5, Mircea Lucescu was placed in an induced coma following another episode of severe cardiac arrhythmia. He died on April 7.
