Colombian President Lists Sites He Claims Were Hit in Attacks on Venezuela
Colombian President Gustavo Petro has published a list of locations he says were struck overnight in Venezuela, noting that the information has not been independently verified. The sites he referred to include military facilities, government buildings and airports in Caracas and other parts of the country.
According to his claims, reported damage included strikes on La Carlota airbase, the Fuerte Tiuna military complex, sites in central Caracas and several military and aviation locations outside the capital. He also mentioned power outages affecting parts of the city.
There has been no immediate confirmation from Venezuelan authorities. Observers emphasise that details remain unclear and the information requires further verification.
