Prince George has started school at Eton College
13-year-old Prince George, the eldest son of Prince William and Kate Middleton, began his studies on September 8 at Eton College—a private boarding school for boys ages 13 to 18 located near Windsor Castle.
The boy’s parents accompanied him on his first day of school. William and Kate posed for photos with their son outside the school. For the occasion, the Princess of Wales chose a dark green maxi dress, while Prince William and George wore classic suits.
William also attended Eton alongside his younger brother, Prince Harry. So George has continued the family tradition.
To mark the start of the school year, Kensington Palace released new portraits of Prince George in his school uniform. Online users immediately began comparing his photos with archival images of William from his school days.
