During a meeting with Arkhangelsk Region Governor Alexander Tsybulsky, Kremlin dictator Vladimir Putin emphasized the need to address the problem of substandard housing in the region.
This is reported by Russian propaganda media.
The regional governor stated that the pace of new housing construction is gradually increasing and that this issue remains very important. In response, Putin noted that the proportion of unsafe and dilapidated housing stock in the region is higher than in many others, and the number of people in need of improved living conditions remains significant.
He emphasized that work in this area must continue, specifically to relocate people from barracks to safer housing.
Russians are striking over unpaid wages, which they last received back in 2025.
As a reminder, Russia wants to build the “Azov Ring” in the occupied territories.
Putin is also demanding that businesses not spend the windfall profits from the war in Iran.
