During the UPSA 1000 and Ghana Entrepreneurship Conference, he stressed that young people should not limit themselves to academic qualifications; they should learn to recognize and seize opportunities, MyJoyOnline reports.

The artist, whose real name is Charles Nii Armah Mensah Jr., advised students not to copy his lifestyle or public image. Instead, he urged them to adopt his approach to thinking, ability to adapt, and determination.
According to Shatta Wale, the most important part of his journey is a mindset that constantly evolves. He linked personal growth and success to discipline, self-belief, and continuous learning.
