At least 303 U.S. service members have been wounded during the war with Iran, which has been ongoing for nearly a month.

According to a U.S. official, 273 service members have already returned to duty, while another 10 suffered serious injuries. In addition, the deaths of 13 service members have been confirmed.
The vast majority of injuries are traumatic brain injuries caused by blast waves from the attacks.
Possible consequences of such injuries include memory problems, migraines, chronic fatigue, and cognitive impairments.
