Trump speculated on the future of negotiations with Iran

U.S. President Donald Trump stated that Tehran will be forced to agree to all of Washington’s terms, as the country “has no cards left to play” in the ongoing standoff. 

Trump made this remark during an appearance on Fox News.

The American leader emphasized that he would not accept partial concessions and would demand 100% compliance with U.S. demands. Trump also justified his previous threats to destroy civilization, noting that it was precisely such a tough ultimatum that forced Iran to begin dialogue in Pakistan. Despite the conclusion of the latest round of negotiations without a signed agreement, the president of the Russian Federation and its partners were again warned of the readiness to deliver devastating strikes against Iran’s energy infrastructure and power plants. According to him, the U.S. Navy is capable of disabling all of the country’s key facilities within hours, the restoration of which would take decades. Currently, the White House continues to pressure Tehran to fully resolve the nuclear issue.

Peace talks between the U.S. and Iran, which lasted 21 hours in Islamabad, ended without results. 

Iranian Foreign Ministry spokesman Esmail Bakai stated that significant differences on several strategic issues prevented the conclusion of an agreement with the United States in Islamabad.
