Trump appointed a 24-year-old journalist as his new deputy

Donald Trump has a new deputy press secretary—24-year-old Beni Ray Harmony. She previously worked as a correspondent for a right-wing television network and was an active supporter of the MAGA movement.

“I am delighted to announce that I am joining the Trump administration as deputy White House press secretary. It has been an honor to cover the work of this historic administration as a senior White House correspondent for Real America’s Voice. I am incredibly grateful to President Trump for this opportunity and for his trust. I look forward to the next chapter—serving the American people and continuing the fight for the American Dream,” she wrote.

Who Is Beni Ray Harmony?

Harmony is known for her activism in conservative circles. While in college, she worked with Charlie Kirk’s organization Turning Point USA and also drew public attention with a photo of herself holding a sniper rifle while wearing a T-shirt with an obscene message directed at Joe Biden. And after Kirk’s murder, she couldn’t hold back her tears on live TV, calling him her mentor who changed her life.

At the White House, the young Republican is considered a loyal team member and a trusted voice of the MAGA movement.

Harmony announced her appointment on social media platform X, expressing her sincere gratitude to President Trump for the opportunity and the trust he has placed in her.
