U.S. President Donald Trump will deliver a speech at the funeral service for Republican Senator Lindsey Graham, which will take place on July 28 in Washington.
Prior to the ceremony, Graham’s body will be taken to the U.S. Capitol—the place where the senator represented South Carolina in Congress for more than 30 years. Later, a memorial service will be held at the Washington National Cathedral, attended by U.S. lawmakers and foreign dignitaries.
Donald Trump, Fox News host Sean Hannity, and other representatives of the conservative movement are expected to speak during the service. U.S. Vice President J.D. Vance is also scheduled to deliver a speech.
The ceremonies in Washington will mark the beginning of a two-day tribute to the senator. Lindsey Graham’s funeral is scheduled for July 29 in his home state of South Carolina.
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy and Finnish President Alexander Stubb will also attend the funeral.
