Trump stated that the U.S. will not end its military operation against Iran
U.S. President Donald Trump stated that the United States has no intention of halting its military operation against Iran at this time.
During a meeting with Lebanese President Joseph Aoun, Trump noted that Washington does not plan to “pull out right now,” although, in his words, even an immediate end to the operation could already be considered a success.
The U.S. president also stated that the U.S. continues to monitor Iran’s nuclear program and promised new strikes on areas where, he said, facilities related to the program may be located.
