Turkish Airlines will resume flights to Minsk after a hiatus of nearly four years

Turkish Airlines will resume regular flights between Istanbul and Minsk starting September 21; these flights had been suspended following the start of Russia’s full-scale invasion of Ukraine.

Flights on the Istanbul–Minsk–Istanbul route were canceled on February 24, 2022. The airline is now adding this route back to its network.

According to the published schedule, starting September 21, Turkish Airlines will operate flights to Minsk six times a week—on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Starting October 6, the company plans to switch to daily service.

Tickets for these flights are already available for booking. The estimated flight time from Istanbul to Minsk will be approximately 3 hours and 35 minutes, which is nearly two hours shorter than flights operated by the Belarusian airline Belavia.
