In Brno, Czech Republic, a woman staged a protest at a city council meeting, bringing a Soviet flag to protest the holding of the first congress of Sudeten Germans.

This was reported by Czech media.

During the open city council meeting, the protester waved a Soviet flag and accused council members of “collaboration” and “undermining the state” due to the upcoming congress.

Police were called to the scene and escorted the woman out of the meeting hall.

The first congress of Sudeten Germans is scheduled to take place in Brno from May 22 to 25.
