Dubai's Global Village to Open 31st Season on October 14 — The National
In Dubai, United Arab Emirates, the seasonal Global Village park will open its 31st season on October 14, 2026. The outdoor park will operate until May, after which it will close for the summer period, The National reports.
Additions for the new season
Organizers said the new season will offer visitors several additions and new ways to experience Global Village. The statement did not disclose details about these changes.
During the 30th season, the park had 30 pavilions representing more than 90 cultures. It also had more than 3,500 retail outlets and up to 200 rides and games.

New features from the previous season
New features of the 30th season included Gardens of the World, a landscaped area stretching from the Egyptian Pavilion to the Chinese Pavilion; Dragon Kingdom with 11 themed rooms; and The Little Wonderers, an indoor children's adventure park in the Carnaval area. According to the publication, these three attractions are likely to return this year. The main stage was also expanded, Fiesta Street was extended, and the former Railway Market was transformed into the Dessert District.
Global Village has operated since 1997. Initially, it was a small group of kiosks along Dubai Creek, offering visitors food, handicrafts and small performances dedicated to different cultures. The park later moved to larger locations and eventually received a permanent site near Exit 37 on Sheikh Zayed Road.
Typically, admission to Global Village costs 25 UAE dirhams from Sunday to Thursday and 30 dirhams on Friday and Saturday. Free entry is available for children under three, people aged 65 and over, and people with disabilities. Tuesdays, except on public holidays, are reserved for women and families.
