A Ukrainian woman was convicted in France for administering illegal Botox injections
In France, a Ukrainian woman was sentenced to eight months’ probation and a fine of 20,000 euros for administering Botox injections without a French license.

The Ukrainian citizen, a doctor and owner of a beauty salon, was accused of organizing a network of illegal cosmetic injections that took place from June 2023 to April 2025.
During an inspection of thebeauty salon in Villeneuve-Loubet, police discovered a large number of syringes and other medical supplies in a backroom. “In this salon, they cut hair in the front and administered Botox injections in the back,” the presiding judge noted.
The Ukrainian woman holds a degree in aesthetic surgery, but in France, where she arrived in 2023, her credentials are still undergoing the recognition process.
Hundreds of syringes, boxes of hyaluronic acid, and injectabledermal implants were found in her apartment.
According to the court’s estimates, approximately 900 clients received services without official documentation, and no complaints were received from them.
