Ghana to launch scholarship program for Ga-Dangbe students
Ghana plans to officially launch a scholarship program for students from the Ga-Dangbe community on September 14. The initiative is being implemented by Richard Nii Armah Quaye, founder and president of the RNAQ Foundation, together with the Ga Mantse, King Tackie Teiko Tsuru II.
Support for students
The program is intended to support talented and promising Ga-Dangbe students and expand educational opportunities for young people in the community. It is also designed to ensure that financial difficulties do not prevent deserving applicants from pursuing an education.
As MyJoyOnline reports, the initiative is expected to promote community unity and encourage its members and institutions to contribute to the development of future scholars, professionals, and leaders.

Long-term goal
According to Quaye, the scholarship is intended not only as financial support for individual recipients but also as part of ongoing work to strengthen and unite the Ga-Dangbe community. Quaye, who comes from this community, leads the project as part of efforts to reinvest in its development.
Traditional leaders, community members, and other stakeholders are expected to attend the launch ceremony. The event is intended to emphasize the importance of education and shared responsibility for the future of the Ga-Dangbe people and the development of Ghana as a whole.
