A case has been opened in Moscow over a hookah on an Easter cake
In Moscow, investigators have opened a criminal case against a bar employee under the charge of “offending the feelings of believers.” The reason was a hookah she prepared using an Easter cake as a base.
This was reported by Russian media.
The woman herself posted photos and videos on social media, captioning them with the phrase that “even Christ would rise from this.” In the recording, she can also be heard explaining that it was a customer’s idea, who asked for such a hookah and purchased the cake himself.
The Investigative Committee reported that the woman’s identity has already been established and she will be questioned in the near future. Under this charge, she faces up to one year in prison.
