The body of a man with a severed hand was found on Vasilyevsky Island in St. Petersburg. According to Russian media reports, the deceased may be 45-year-old Dmitry Oganian, a former bass guitarist for the band “Kukriniksy,” known by the nickname Vagon.
The body was found in a pond near Michmanskaya Street, and a severed hand and an axe were discovered on the shore. According to a preliminary theory, the man may have inflicted the injuries on himself before entering the water. However, law enforcement officials have not yet officially confirmed the identity of the deceased.
