In Poland, two men were arrested for setting fire to a warehouse belonging to the Czech company LPP Holding

Two people have been detained in Poland in connection with the arson attack on a warehouse belonging to the Czech arms manufacturer LPP Holding in Pardubice. The suspects, aged 22 and 23, who were taken into custody on March 24, have been charged with aiding and abetting the arson.

This was reported by Radio Prague International, citing the Polish TV channel TVP info.

The court ordered them to be held in custody for three months. No further details about the suspects have been disclosed at this time. In particular, it is unknown whether they are the only individuals detained in Poland in connection with this case, or whether they have admitted to the charges.

This incident underscores the importance of strengthening security and oversight at industrial facilities across Europe.

Earlier in Vilnius, Ukrainian citizen Danylo Bardadym was sentenced to three years and four months in prison for setting fire to an IKEA store.
