The second day of voting in the State Duma elections has concluded in Russia. According to the Central Election Commission, voter turnout was 44.38%, and exit polls indicate that Putin’s party is receiving 53.5% of the vote.
According to government spokespeople, the number of people who voted electronically in the Russian elections set a record for Single Voting Day. There were more than 5.8 million such voters.
About 500 foreign guests visited the public election observation headquarters in Moscow.
