A fatal attack took place on the grounds of a private school in the German state of Brandenburg.
According to preliminary reports, two people were killed, and the suspect was taken into custody by police.
The tragedy took place in Gozen-Neu-Zitta. Among the victims were an 18-year-old student and a 30-year-old man who, according to preliminary information, tried to stop the attacker.
The suspect is identified as a 19-year-old man who may have been the victim’s ex-boyfriend. Law enforcement is investigating the circumstances of the tragedy.
Three Ukrainians were detained in Germany on suspicion of stealing 300 kg of corn from a field. They were caught as they tried to flee the field.
The German Ministry of Defense confirmed that Ukrainian servicemendid indeed leave their training and did not return to their units. At the same time, the German ministry emphasizes that these are “isolated cases” and not the hundreds of desertions previously reported by the German media.
