Switzerland has launched a bus with no route, no schedule, and no final stop — Euronews

The Swiss city of Baden has launched an unusual bus route called "Zero Line."

Its main feature is that this public transport has neither a fixed schedule nor a final stop

The new initiative aims to radically change passengers’ daily habits and encourage them to rethink the value of the travel experience itself.

This unique project was created by renowned artists Frank and Patrick Riklini. According to the creators’ vision, “Zero Line” is not only public transportation but also a kind of mobile art installation.

The creative initiative was successfully implemented in collaboration with the Baden authorities and the regional transport operator RVBW.

The project participants say they aim to offer a different perspective on public transportation and change the usual perception of city travel.

Usually, the main goal of using public transportation is to reach your destination as quickly as possible.

However, in the case of the “Zero Line,” the focus is not on speed, but on the journey itself and the shared experience of the passengers.

The front of the special bus features a clear “Zero Line” sign so that city residents and tourists can immediately understand that this route is different from the usual ones.

Euronews reports on this.
