In the US, Marjorie Taylor Greene criticizes support for Israel over casualties in Gaza

In the United States, former congresswoman Marjorie Taylor Greene criticized US officials for continuing to approve military and financial support for Israel. She also reproached Christian churches for their silence over the deaths and severe injuries of children in the Gaza Strip. This was reported by Anadolu Agency.

Greene’s statement on X

In a post on the social network X, Greene said that tens of thousands of children had been killed, while many others had sustained lifelong injuries, including amputations, or had been orphaned. According to her, despite this, elected US officials continue to send money and military support, while the American Christian church remains largely silent.

The politician added that this would not have good consequences “on that day,” but did not explain what exactly she meant. Anadolu Agency suggests that this may be a possible reference to Judgment Day, an eschatological event in the Abrahamic religions.
