Third Burning Man participant death confirmed in the US
In the United States, the death of a third participant at the Burning Man festival in the Black Rock Desert in Nevada has been confirmed. Armando Ramirez, 51, of Truckee, California, died in an ambulance on the way to a hospital in Reno, located about 190 kilometers south of the festival site.
The Washoe County Medical Examiner's Office said the man was pronounced dead in the ambulance early Friday morning. The cause and manner of death are being determined following further examinations. No signs of violence were found, CBC News reports.
Two more deaths during the festival
Burning Man organizers had previously reported two more deaths, which were also confirmed by the Pershing County Sheriff's Office on Tuesday. Craig Mann, 60, was found dead on Saturday at around 3:00 p.m. local time. According to the sheriff's office, he was in a trailer he shared with a loved one.

Another participant, a man about 55 years old, suffered a medical emergency. He was pronounced dead after receiving emergency care. The sheriff's office identified him as Sampson Chombe and said he died at the festival's temporary hospital on Thursday.
Examinations are still ongoing
Law enforcement officers found no signs of violence in the deaths of Mann and Chombe. Autopsies and toxicology tests will be conducted for both; results are expected in six to eight weeks.
This year, Burning Man marks its 40th anniversary. The festival began on August 30 and ended on Monday. Every year, tens of thousands of people come to the desert to live in camps and take part in art installations and avant-garde performances. The event culminates in the burning of a large wooden human-shaped sculpture.
