Video: Madyar mocks Orbán's solitary stroll on the terrace of his residence

Hungary’s future prime minister, Péter Magyar, managed to film Prime Minister Viktor Orbán on the terrace of his residence at a moment when Orbán was completely unaware that a camera was present.

The footage shows Viktor Orbán slowly strolling along the balcony and intently reading some documents.

The video emerged amid historic changes in Hungary, where Magyar’s opposition party secured a decisive victory in the elections, bringing an end to the 16-year rule of the Fidesz party.

“Life is the greatest director. While the President of the Republic was showing off his office, which he will soon leave, I noticed the outgoing Prime Minister on the next floor,” Péter Magyar commented on his video.

He added that he spotted Orbán by chance while standing near the government building.

The future head of government couldn’t resist a bit of irony and challenged his followers to guess what his political opponent was studying during his final days in power.

Among the suggested options were a farewell speech, sports news, or a recent statement by U.S. President Donald Trump.

Mátyás spoke out against Ukraine’s rapid accession to the EU.
